The restaruant is named for the Zibibbo Grapes also known as a Muscat of Alexandria. It is consider ancient vine and some wine experts believe is it one of the oldest genetically unmodified vine still in existence. This vine made its way to Italy in 1773 from the Arabic nations, where the name was “Zibibb.”
