The Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center is pleased to announce the return of its highly anticipated Sounds of Summer concert in historic Market Square beginning on Friday, June 3, 2016.  This year’s concert is presented by Union Bank & Trust, The Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority, The Fredericksburg Art Commission, Stafford Printing, Adventure Brewing, and the Rotary Club of Rappahannock-Fredericksburg.  The 15-week concert series will feature a free public concert every Friday night from 7:00 – 9:00 PM in historic Market Square located at 907 Princess Anne Street.  Bring a lawn chair and enjoy family-friendly music by local and regional bands.

First Friday concerts will include beer from Adventure Brewing, available for sale to the public, 21 years of age and older.  Members of the FAMCC who were current in April 2015 are invited to join us in the member’s tent for complimentary beverages.  If you are not a member of the Museum concert goers can join at or on-site during the concerts.
