Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center
The Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, owned and operated by the Ballantine Management Group, opened its doors on January 28, 2006. The staff of FEACC have been busy since the opening, as the facility continues to book a variety of events every day. The Expo Exhibition Floor, Meeting Rooms and Grand Ballroom are capable of being utilized for a variety of events and types of consumer shows. The Ballantine Management Group, owner and managing company of the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, handles Date Requests for the Fredericksburg Facility.
The Fredericksburg area has embraced the Expo and Conference Center as a meeting place to call their own. Dates for the Expo Center are going fast partly due to the proximity of the Expo Center to the hub of the many State / Local / National Government Agencies. Prior to this, Government Agencies have had to scramble to find a location capable of hosting large events, conferences and training seminars. Another factor for dates being taken at a record pace, is the opportunity to go to an event without having to take the commute to Washington D.C. or Richmond.
Whether you have a trade show, consumer show, exhibit, reception, banquet, meetings, prom or a convention, contact us to reserve your date. The Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center can be divided into various sizes and dimensions to accommodate multiple shows simultaneously. The Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and the Hampton Inn are adjacent to the Expo Center.
Please call Marlene Camp at 540.548.5555 xt 116, email MCamp@feacc.com or fill out the online reservation form on the website. The Ballantine Management Group will review the requests for dates on a first come first serve basis. Due to the significant number of requests from show promoters and government agencies, dates are at a premium.
