Well, run into any of the many regulars at this fitness studio with the feel of a boutique lounge, and they’ll tell you you’re missing out. This combination of Pilates, tai chi and yoga is just one of many innovative ways you can liven up your fitness routine with a visit to Fredericksburg. Dragonfly Yoga and Fly Fitness Inspiration are two other downtown destinations for fitness buffs. In Spotsylvania County, the bright red hammocks hanging from the ceiling in Somatic 360 Fitness Studio will have you doing hand-stands, flipping upside down or just relaxing in this cozy hanging cocoon.
