ARCHitecture

Description

Penny Parrish presents a unique photo exhibit, entitled “ARCHitecture” of beautiful arches.  Captured during her recent trip to France,  Penny focuses on some famous landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe, and Pont du Gard, (still standing after 2000 years), as well as some more obscure arches found  inside remote cathedrals and shops.   Teaming up with Penny with a display of expressive painting is Medina Roberts.  Her explosive, bold style is sure to turn a few heads as well.  See this amazing new show along with new works created by member artists that in include glass works, beaded jewelry, and paintings in all media.  Meet the artists at the First Friday reception on May 5 from 6-9 PM at Brush Strokes Gallery located at 824 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg.  The gallery is open from 11-5 PM daily.
